Fabulous Football

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Fabulous Football (the video game distributed through the Microsoft Store) and the website fabulousfootball.com handle. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI).

Who is responsible

Data controller: Fabulous Soft (sole trader), Spain
Contact: privacy@fabulousfootball.com

The game collects nothing

Fabulous Football is an offline-first game with no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no telemetry sent to us. We do not receive any personal data from the game.

Data stored on your device only

Online matches

The online lobby connects players directly to each other (peer-to-peer). During a match your network address is visible to the other player out of technical necessity, exactly as in any peer-to-peer game. No match data reaches our servers, because we do not operate any servers for gameplay.

Microsoft (the store platform)

If you buy the game through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft processes your purchase, payment, and account data under its own privacy policy: Microsoft Privacy Statement. We never see your payment details. Aggregated sales reports we receive from Microsoft contain no identifiable buyer information.

This website

fabulousfootball.com is static: it has no forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no login. The web host (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps) may process standard technical request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and operation, as any web server does, under Microsoft's role as processor.

Your rights (GDPR)

Since the game and website collect no personal data from you, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. If you believe we hold personal data about you anyway, you may contact us at privacy@fabulousfootball.com and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Children

The game contains no content inappropriate for children and collects no data from anyone, of any age.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add features that collect data (for example online leaderboards), we will update this policy before that change goes live and note the date above.
